Zeus: Shipping Information
We don't rush the craft, but we guard the clock. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, tracked all the way to your hearth. Every package is packed heavy and built to survive the journey - thick cardboard, reinforced corners, and enough padding to make Zeus proud.
- Standard shipping (3-5 business days): complimentary on orders over $100
- Overnight shipping: $25 flat rate
- International shipping: calculated at checkout
Sushi: Return Policy
Every piece must claim a perfect, quiet corner in your home. If it does not bring you absolute peace, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately. Zeus personally inspects every return to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damage during transit.
